I'm gonna tell you guys at least 1 gallon is needed daily no matter what. I was on more like 2 to 2 1/2 gallons but remember I was close to 300 pounds.

@John Carra I personnally drink about 1.5 gallon a day : 1 liter of water in the morning right after waking up; then about 2 liters during my workouts and another 2 liters during the day.
