Yep! You will adapt to the volume though. Walking really helps with DOMS, hydrating, hitting your meals AND of course sleep.
@Danny Hoff In that case, you MAY need to go lower if the starting point doesn't yield the results you want. You will be dealing with insulin resistance at 38% body fat.
@Charles Sorre your body can adapt quite well. Perhaps intra-workout carbs can help you, if you're lean enough...
