In the phase 4 program it states when your done with it go to phase 5. My app doesn't show a phase 5. It stops at 4.

Hi Todd. Normally, in his programs, Jay advocates increasing the number of sets for 3 weeks, doing a deload on week #4, and starting a 4-weeks phase again.
