I understand that. But at the end of 12 weeks of phase 4 it says go to phase 5 There is no phase 5, it used to say start over on phase 2. But now it says go to phase 5.

In the phase 4 program it states when your done with it go to phase 5. My app doesn't show a phase 5. It stops at 4.
Can I use these same 5 day workouts to powerbuild? I'm 56 and building muscle good for my age. I want to increase my strength.
I find the more experience I get the better my form and lighter the weights with better success!
I missed Wed and Thurs workout. I started back today. I plan on doing arms in the morning and legs tomorrow evening so I can recover some Sunday. Is this the correct plan? I'm on the 5 day split.
