This is a tough one.... you need to work arounf the pain bro.... do things that do not hurt.
@Christopher Palange This is all diet.... which obv training will help but do you have added cardio in ur routine...? Be honest... how is your diet?

If I could throw out a 3 day a week split on this Sunday I would say this.... 1. Chest, delts and arms 2. legs 3. Back abs and calfs and traps
I always state if we are training higher volume..... we need that time to recover..... if you are going super low volume... you prob can endure it.... you don't know till you try!!
I would say prob around 200g brother.... depends on how hard you train and output level..... good to see you on here!!
We only have in house guests.... so either when he is here or we plan to start bringing with when traveling
72 and still killing it!!! I think def the heart rate increses more n the stairs..... this will definitley help you get down quicker for sure!!!

Thsi is a tough one.... I think for sure it WILL work to lose weight..... but the problem is going back to the "normal" eating (if that does happen) the weght will fall back on... I know its not e...
