Hello to all I just wanted to share my progress with you I am currently on the first block of phase 3 with 4 day split
MASS-TER plan it is!!! Just finish the first week and I have to say the the quad day was fire!!!! My legs haven't been this sore in a long time...2 weeks off for vacation didn't help but can't wait...

@Damien Martinez I do 20 to 30 min AFTER weights most days..... I only use this at the gym (FitClub)

UPDATE: I figured out that if I select a phase in which I do have access (e.g. Phase 4), I can just edit the URL by changing the "4" to a "3": Phase 4 URL = https://cutlerclub.com/pages/phase-4-5-...
