Many people don't digest vegetables well, because of the amount of insoluble fibers they contain. Have you tried vegetable juice (with a juice extractor)?
Good question!! I am curious fornJay's answer. I personally try to go right to the next one exercise but a little time for reracking weights especially plates then the set setup for next exercise....
