About to start week 9 of Masster plan. I notice on quad day it says 1.5 sets for standing calves to start... is this correct or a typo? 5-6 sets of calves throughout the plan so far and 8 on hammie...

Good question!! I am curious fornJay's answer. I personally try to go right to the next one exercise but a little time for reracking weights especially plates then the set setup for next exercise....
