Phase 1 vs Mass-ter Plan


  • Debating between Mass-yet plan or Phase 1 when I get back from Vacation mid July. My plan  is a 6 day split with 3 day on 1 day rest approach. I am planning to size up off-season style then picking a date to shed and compete in early 2024 and again late 2024.

     

    Any suggestions which plan to get on? Both seem really great to me.



  • Just make sure your nutrition is dialed in to what it needs to be first, then decide on a training plan.  Both are great. 


  • @Jeremy Roberts Sounds like a good plan man. Just pick up a date and start your prep.


  • MASS-TER plan it is!!! Just finish the first week and I have to say the the quad day was fire!!!! My legs haven't been this sore in a long time...2 weeks off for vacation didn't help but can't wait for week 12.
