I'm finishing up Phase 2, but am unable to access Phase 3 under the tab "Workout Resources". When I try to access Phase 3, it redirects me to the sign-on page. It only does this with Phase 3, thou...
Do you pause at the top of the rep (concentric phase), or at the bottom of the rep (eccentric phase) for the "Pause Flat Dumbbell Press" exercise in Phase 1?
