Debating between Mass-yet plan or Phase 1 when I get back from Vacation mid July. My plan is a 6 day split with 3 day on 1 day rest approach. I am planning to size up off-season style then picking a date to shed and compete in early 2024 and again late 2024.
Any suggestions which plan to get on? Both seem really great to me.
Just make sure your nutrition is dialed in to what it needs to be first, then decide on a training plan. Both are great.

MASS-TER plan it is!!! Just finish the first week and I have to say the the quad day was fire!!!! My legs haven't been this sore in a long time...2 weeks off for vacation didn't help but can't wait for week 12.
