Mass-Ter Plan… Calf question


  • About to start week 9 of Masster plan. I notice on quad day it says 1.5 sets for standing calves to start... is this correct or a typo? 5-6 sets of calves throughout the plan so far and 8 on hammie day for these last weeks... just seemed off.



  • Google a video of Jay doing his calves, he does these 1.5reps to pump and blast them.  You'll understand when you see it.
