Hey jay, I've recently joined the cutler club and jay mail and it's been very useful so far! After a week of the phase 1 5 day split I have one minor question. How long do you typically rest between switching excercises? I assume you go right to the next one and start. I was also wondering if this is an important subject. Thankyou

I personally try to go right to the next one exercise but a little time for reracking weights especially plates then the set setup for next exercise. I been timing my self so my times look like 2-4 minutes between exercises with 1 minute rest between sets still.
@Reece Hale 45 to 60 seconds.... you may have to learn to build up to that as it is brief!!
