Hello everyone
I hope you all are doing good. A little bit of updates on my prep progress. I am down do 180 lbs now. I have 5 weeks to go and so far I have been loosing fat. DIET is very restrict with 5 meals a day and 2 of them are now cod fish and took off beef. Cardio increased to twice a day now. 1 session in the morning (45 min) and another session after my training for 45 min too.
