@Daniel Bisson personnally, it took me years to feel my back working properly with the barbell rows. It's an example but this is a reality : Bodybuilding is a long process. It teaches us patience &...

@Jay Cutler thank you very much Jay for your answer. So I continue my protocol 💪. I try to do it 5 x week, usually in the morning very early and on an empty stomach.
@Jay Cutler from May 2 to August 3rd 💪
Thanks Jay! Just looking for that next level advantage ha. Back to the grind it is!
Sounds like the perfect road map ! Thanks again for your constant advice and support! Also Gym Hub was Great, Nate and Jose were really welcoming.
Love it! Make sure you measure the waistline too, just to track body composition changes too ;)

I used a journal everything on the way up not that I ever looked back at what I was doing as I kept progressing until I want to Mr. Olympia.
Guys I'm not even starting yet till after May 2. I feel pretty good this week coming back from Germany.
Truth here nothing beats hard work and dedication and having a vision.
I never had a cheat meal when I was set out to do a goal so does that answer your question?
@James Cotton so what I would suggest is I always weighed my meat pre-cooked and I always measured my carbs cooked for example the rice. I think it comes down to body composition so I think maybe p...
@Jack Stevenson I would just say you have to find what makes it work. Following a super strict program for 10+ weeks could be very beneficial to you I know it's a lot and you're limited with time b...
