Have you gone through the ab training pro guide? Hanging leg raises, kneeling cable crunches and crunches are all great, in that 12-20 rep range. Just rememeber to squeeze the abs hard :)

I would stay away from them when cutting. That one cheat meal can ruin a whole week of work. Save cheat meal when your lean and not cutting.
