I'm doing white rice and 97/3 ground turkey burger. I do 150 grams of cooked rice and 6 ounces of cooked ground turkey burger. Slowly dropping weight while getting stronger.

@Team Cutler yep, pwo shake immediately after. Then a meal about 45 minutes to an hour after.
When I train at 1 PM, I usually eat chicken (bbq grilled chicken) rice and green vegetables. When I train at 9 PM, beef, potatoes and a big mixed salad.
My favorite post workout go to is a modified Jay meal after early morning fasted training:
6oz Egg Whites
(pinch of cheddar to help it stick together)
Topped with Pico De Gallo
1/2 cup of rice (subbed for Ezekiel bread due to allergies)
A handful of berries for desert
Halfway through eating I take my daily dose of Safeguard Multivitamin, Circumin, Krill Oil, Vitamin D, and Magnesium.
