Just had a question on how to approach the deload week in your 16 week shredding program, where week one is fours sets, week two is five, week 3 is 6, and week four is the deload with 3.
should I try to push strength/weight on this week to take advantage of the lightened volume of sets to prime for the next four week cycle? Or should I keep the same warmup and top set weight as previous weeks to allow muscles to get a break as the name implies?
