Headed into week three


  • Down four lbs as of week two, did my body fat and was 18% . not very happy about it i thought i was less but keeping it positive, almost getting double cardio everyday it's taking some time to work up to the volume. Workouts have been great though lots of energy. Time to start the calorie drop grind, hope everyone's killing there goals. 💪🏼💪🏼⚡️

    I postpone my show from June to September as I tough it is not enough time to get really in great condition as I want.

    Zachary, remember sometimes you just need time bro, when you have the right plan in place. Don't burnout and crash, that rate of fat loss is solid. Keep going!

  • Awesome job!!! Your doing great. The only advice I can say is don't rush the process and take your time, so you don't burn out. When I lost 55 pounds  it took me 6 months.
