Few years progress

    Have been training for few years, managed to gain approximately 55 pounds. 
    Currently doing 4 days split, results starting to show. 
    Hoping for new gains. And for a successful photo upload 😎

    I'm curious to know exactly what the most successful suggestion you could have for someone trying to gain weight?

  • @Jay Cutler to really eat! Eating 5 to 6 meals a day really makes a difference. I eat 5 solids meals and 1 "Jay Cutler's smoothie" every day. Relax, cultive calm. Sleep well. And train correctly. Maybe just 4 sessions a week.
