Four weeks ago I got hurt really bad with elbow and triceps injury from nasty fall. Four the first three week I couldn't go to the gym. I am now back to the gym trying to rehab this injury. I am up to 15 pounds on shoulder press from 5 pounds two weeks ago. My triceps push down are very week but I am not giving up. I know it will take time and I will be back to where I was. The reason I am writing this to say yes I could of said forget not go to gym and pitty part for myself or I could be champion and get myself in the gym and work out and rehab myself back.
