@Steven Cappo I'm not sure if by hanging you mean arms fully extended, but if it is, can you use the dip rack where your arms are in an "L" position? If you can't use that you could try laying on a flat bench while gripping behind your head to do reverse crunches... I use the dip rack because I can't hang either... for the upper abs I do crunches on a decline bench without fully resting on the bench
