im 51 and been working out only for a year and 4 months. Most week I workout 4-5 days a week. Whe it comes to pre/post and supplements, I am a little all over the place as to what to take. So many different brands and ingredients. Would you be able to inform me on which ingredients is most important for a pre & post workout? I have taking some pre workouts that make my skin tingle and some that don't. I like the tingle feeling so what is in the pre workouts that make you feel that way? I feel like I have so much more energy. Would it be possible to let me also know what exactly you take when it comes to pre/post and supplements? I know I started very late in life but trying to do my best at my current age to add muscle. Thank you in advance!
