• Jay, I'm coming up on my second deload of the Cutler program. Since the sets are cut in a deload week do you recommend upping the weight since it's less volume. Thankyou ~ Reece

  • @Reece Hale Hi Reece. We've already discussed this with Jay on the forum, and he thinks that's a good idea to train a little more heavy on DELOAD Week. Personnally I increase the load of the main basics movements during this week. 💪
