I have always included vegetables in my meals mainly for health reasons but I definitely feel they mess up my digestion. Is it a real health risk to not eat them with meals and maybe just use the recovery greens first thing in the morning?

Many people don't digest vegetables well, because of the amount of insoluble fibers they contain. Have you tried vegetable juice (with a juice extractor)?
@Michael McCormack I honestly never had veggies unless I was on extreme low carbs... I didnt really feel a complete need for them
