No Abs


  • I noticed there are no abs section.  Looking for some ab movments.

     



  • @Johnny Miller i like hanging crunches and cable kneeling ab crunches. I do sets every other workout. 


  • Have you gone through the ab training pro guide? Hanging leg raises, kneeling cable crunches and crunches are all great, in that 12-20 rep range. Just rememeber to squeeze the abs hard :)


  • Rope crunches three sets 15 reps, hanging leg raises three sets 15 reps and then normal crunches three sets for 15 reps. I always do 15 repetitions for my ab exercises. Remember you get a lot of core work with a lot of your heavy compound movements but I always dedicated when I was training for a competition to get at least three days a week of ab training
