If I work out before work, how do I do double cardio on the " Get Shredded Extreme ". And is breakfast the Pre-workout? Or should I do it fasted? ( since 6 meals are in from previous day ). Please help! Thanks Jay!

@Scott Pretopapa Hi Scott. I'm not Jay lol, but I'll try to answer by giving you my own example. I'm a police officer (in France) and usually work from 10AM to 10PM. I can't train in the morning because I've my kids to take to school. So I do my fasted cardio very early in the morning (usually power walking for 30 minutes around 5:30/6AM). Then I do my second cardio session at the Gym, after my workout.
@Damien Martinez Please let Jay answer. That is what I am paying for. Your answer makes no sense... you are doing weights in the EVENING. I am asking how to incorporate the double-cardio doing WEIGHTS in the AM. Thanks, but I am asking JAY.
