Phase 2, 6-day split


  • Hi Jay,

    Can your team please update the 6-day split, Phase 2, week 3 workout plans? They do not line up with week 1 and week 2 (different exercises all together) and I want to make sure I am doing the right number of sets per exercise. Thank you.
