Cardio when trying to grow


  • Hey Jay, curious to what your thoughts are about cardio when trying to grow and stay lean in the off season. How much would you suggest? I know in one of the recent jaymails you mentioned daily. So was just curious about it. Thanks!



  • @Jay Hahn I would make sure its very easy if any and do it post training.... 20 to 30 min max... just easy tho.... Chris Aceto always was against cardio in offseason because I was someone who tends to stay leaner.... if you tend to hold a bit more fat.... could be more beneficial...
