What is your Blue Print for daily Supplements ?


  • So i picked up one of your stacks, i noticed on alot of your jay walkings you take certain things at certain times. 

    Could you give us a rough blue print of what you take and when you take it ? 
    (ie, before your jay walking & before a gym session, etc) 

    prevail, amplify, generate, fundamentals, etc.
