I hope you all are doing good. I have been concentrating on my prep and so far very happy with the transformation and results. I am down do 183 lbs now. I have 7 weeks to go and so far I have been loosing 1 to 2 lbs a week. DIET is very restrict and I am on it 120%. I am having 5 meals a day and I am training almost everyday. I will start cardio twice a day now. 1 session in the morning (45 min) and another session after my training.
Thanks for all your support and input on my posts. Really means a lot to me. This is my first show and I am very excited and motivated
