"Arm" day before "Back" day ?


  • "Arm" day before "Back" day ? Just looking through the 5-day split in the " Get Shredded EXTREME " guide. 

    It has Friday as Arms then Saturday as Back. Wouldnt your biceps be too sore to fully help with Back movements ? or because they are sore you wouldn't accidentally recruit them as much for the Back Exercises?

  • Obviously everyone is different but I don't see an issue here if you would like to switch it around there's always that option if you incorporate your biceps too much, but more importantly, the best way to train your back is to do more contraction with the back and less bicep.
