I would stay away from them when cutting. That one cheat meal can ruin a whole week of work. Save cheat meal when your lean and not cutting.

Most people's cheat meals are too inflammatory, which screws the gut up for days after. Using homemade, healthier variants when needed is a far smarter solution. When you need high carb days, use healthy carbs - that's smart.
