I stumbled upon an amino called L-Ornithine OGK and there's hardly anything anywhere about it. Everything I've learned so far has been thru medical research papers but it doesn't have anything on dosage but it does say it helps a lot with recovery.

OK, so it's been 3 weeks and I've been taking 2g before I goto bed. This stuff is the reason I'm sleeping better. I'm 44 and don't take any other supplements besides 3g of citrulline and I do take creatine on/off every other month and this is an off month.
I keep searching but seems like 2010 people just stopped talking about this stuff.
Also it seems like the Ornithine OGK has glutamine in it.

Very intriguing. Some of the data seems to be limited, but if your sleep is benefitting then that's what counts :).
