Been sick.

  • I missed Wed and Thurs workout. I started back today. I plan on doing arms in the morning and legs tomorrow evening so I can recover some Sunday. Is this the correct plan? I'm on the 5 day split.

    Just listen to your body. It's not the end of the world when we have to rest due to illness.

    I just took a week off and today my workout was a nice one. I needed it.
