Not bad for a 50 Year old! Lol. I actually missed a lot of cardio due to sore legs from working them and starting work at 5:00 am... but I still had great results! Only half way in but NOT SATISFIED at all though!!! Still much work to do! And much fat to lose! At 11.1% body fat. I want 5%! Then I want to start the Mass-ter Plan! 2024 I want to get HUGE! I still feel young! I KNOW I CAN DO IT. Thanks Jay for the awesome info and eBook and help! ๐๐๐ LET'S GOOOO!!!
