5 Days W weekends off.


  • Looking for some advice here guys.  I currently do Monday Off, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Off, Saturday, Sunday weights and cardio.

    I would like to do Monday, Wedensday, Friday weights and cardio.  Doing cardio only on Tuesday and Thursday.  Looking for some suggestions if anyone does these same day.

  • The first question is what is your goal? With 3 lifting days, that can work, but it's at the lower end of the volume frequency.
