surely there are plenty in the US or super market meals.
Your meal prep can be done five or six days in advance the food will last that long. You have to strategically plan out your schedule and make your meals a priority. It should only take you an hour or so to prep all your food for a week.
@Jay Cutler it's exactly that. With my work, I cook by 3 times on 2 weeks. It takes me about 1h30 each time. It's something very important to organize all your meals. Basic habit 👍💪
