  • Hi! What do you think about the double split routine. Hitting three times pear week each body part (chest back (legs and abs in the aferternoon) and then shoulders/arms/abs the next day?

  • I think personally it's too much training. The muscle groups can't recover enough by training them 3 x week. 


  • I always state if we are training higher volume..... we need that time to recover..... if you are going super low volume... you prob can endure it.... you don't know till you try!!
