Liquid Glycerol

  My question is what are you trying to use it for,?? sometimes it can upset people stomach.

  I actually took a tablespoon of liquid glycerine about an hour before getting on stage. I am not sure if it helped or not, however it definitely didn't hurt. I was told it would help pull some of the water from under the skin. I had it with a rice cake, peanut butter, jam and a little chicken.

  I have used it... I have an iron gut but for some it can cause a little discomfort withe the gut.
