Beginning this week to dive into cleaning up the diet making sure I'm getting my six meals a day and of course the training is 100% on point even when I was just in Boston I never missed a training day. My biggest obstacle in leaning out and putting on size is going to be sufficient meal preparation. That's the way I want Olympia's I never missed my meals. The next 12 weeks will be a challenge but I will reach my goal.
