Cardio


  • Hi Jay,

     

    What level of intensity should your cardio workout be after your weight training? Is a good range for your heart rate to be between 60 to 80% max? Also, but this may be too in depth, for example on the elliptical or treadmill (walking), what level or percentage (incline and level of resistance) around should it be at for the 20 minutes?
