My opinion on SARMS.

  • Jay, I've read your comments on sarms and I agree with you. When I started bodybuilding I was told I can't and won't be able to do it natural because of my age and I don't have the genetics. I started eating big and lifting. This was in 2016 I was 37, and 173 lbs. Now I'm 44 and I weigh 234 lbs. And I'm on my way to 240 which is my goal weight. My BMI is 11% body fat.  I've done this NATURALLY, no steroids or testosterone therapy. If I can do this, others can too. I've also HAD issues with high cholesterol (hereditary) borderline diabetic (hereditary) and  hypothyroidism which I'm on medication for that. Also Hereditary. With the diet in key and your workout programs I've lowered my cholesterol to normal range and no more borderline diabetic.

  • Who wants to chime in here.... I have never used or recommend Sarms to be honest.
