Hey Jay, hope your doing well. Quick question for you. I know you were big on the food and ezekiel bread when competing. Did you keep the ezekiel bread in your diet during prep, or did you drop it for more rice etc? I've used it on and off during my current prep and didn't seem to have any issues with it. I've had to keep increasing carbs these last few weeks, and am currently 2 weeks out. So wanted to ask your input on using it these last few weeks or not? Thanks Jay, take care.
