  • Narrow Grip Seated Cable Rows "Finisher Sets" 4 X 10-12 reps / 30 seconds rest / 2-3 second negatives

    what exactly do I do here as a finisher sets? Thank you!



  • These are exercises where at the end the reps and contraction are a little more intense so its at the end.... as you see the reps are a bit slower here and isolated.... make sense?
