My Progress update as today 05/26/23

  Hello everyone

   

  9 weeks out and I have been so far happy with my progress. My physique is really getting in great condition and I am going to increase cardion next week twice a day. 

  Wish you all a great memorial day weekend and for those who are veterans. Thank you so much for you great service for this wonderful country.
